Our 310/310S stainless steel hot-rolled plates are produced using a controlled electric furnace melting + AOD refining process, followed by hot rolling, solution annealing, and pickling treatment to achieve a clean, uniform No. 1 surface finish with excellent scale resistance and superior structural integrity. Typical mechanical properties include tensile strength ≥ 520 MPa, elongation ≥ 40%, and hardness typically controlled at ≤ 200 HB, ensuring good toughness and machinability. These steel plates can operate continuously at temperatures up to 1050-1100°C, and even higher temperatures under controlled intermittent use.
