GNEE Stainless Steel has recently commissioned its newly introduced high-precision slitting line, marking a significant upgrade in precision processing capabilities and customized service levels. Since full operation, the line has successfully completed multiple batches of orders across various grades and specifications. The finished coils feature tight and even rewinding with excellent anti-overlapping performance, achieving a yield rate of over 95%. Through a series of fully automated processes-including uncoiling, leveling, slitting, and recoiling-the entire workflow requires minimal manual intervention. It is capable of processing materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm and widths up to 1650 mm. The minimum slitting width can be precisely controlled within 25 mm, while slitting tolerance is consistently maintained at ±0.05 mm. Key technical indicators, including dimensional accuracy and surface finish, have reached leading levels in the domestic industry.

Notably, the equipment is equipped with high-performance alloy components and imported bearings, ensuring that the radial runout of the slitting shaft remains controlled at the micron level during high-speed operation. This effectively addresses common challenges such as burr formation and camber (sickle bending) when processing ultra-thin or ultra-wide materials.
