304 Seamless Steel Pipes Marking:
Each seamless steel pipe is individually spray-marked with the following information: trademark, pressure production license number (TS), material grade, specification, applicable standard, heat number, batch number, mark "NH" if no hydrostatic test was performed, eddy current test mark "ET" or ultrasonic test mark "UT", and inspection date.
304 Welded Steel Pipes Marking:
Each welded steel pipe is individually spray-marked with the following: trademark, pressure production license number (TS), material grade, specification, applicable standard, production category, heat number, batch number, mark "NH" if no hydrostatic test was performed, radiographic test mark "RT", and inspection date.
Ink for Marking:
The paint or ink used for spray marking is lead-free, zinc-free, and copper-free, ensuring no corrosion on the stainless steel pipes
Marking Font Size:
Size 160 font, in bold typeface.
Number of Marking Sections:
For pipe lengths of 5–7 meters, three marking sections per pipe; for pipe lengths over 7 meters, four to six marking sections per pipe.
Pre-packaging Color Tape:
The color tape used before packaging is lead-free, zinc-free, and copper-free paint, causing no corrosion to stainless steel materials. The tape width is 20mm, can be continuous or circumferential, and its color and number can be customized according to user requirements.
Packaging Process
Each pipe is fitted with pipe caps. Each pipe is individually wrapped with plastic film. The wooden crate is lined with plastic film, then pipes are placed inside the composite plywood crate one by one. After closing the crate lid, 3–4 PET plastic steel strapping bands are applied for securing. The crate ends are marked with contract number, material grade, specification, weight, length, etc., using a marker pen, and the factory inspection certificate or customer-required labels are attached. The crate includes a synthetic fiber sling with the company logo for lifting.
