Each tube shall be subjected to surface, dimension, hydraulic pressure and ultrasonic tests. The following quantity of tubes shall be selected for quality control:
two tubes for extension test;
one tube for flattening or expansion test;
two tubes for intergranular corrosion test.

Marking, packing, transportation and storage shall be carried out in compliance with GOST 10692-80.

 

 

All our stainless steel seamless tubes are strictly packaged in accordance with international standards to ensure protection against any potential damage or loss during transit. Typically, our default practice is to bundle the finished tubes in batches using thickened woven plastic bags.
For specific types of tubing that are particularly susceptible to contamination, scratching, stress-related damage, or rough handling, we recommend the use of wooden crates for added protection.

Yes. We are fully capable of supplying both types of pipes within the same order:

Q3. Packaging and Container Types: Do you utilize standard 20-foot or 40-foot containers?
We typically use standard 20-foot or 40-foot containers for sea freight shipments.
For large-diameter pipes (e.g., 180mm, 219mm), provided that the pipe length does not exceed 12m and loading conditions permit, we can generally still ship them using standard 20GP or 40GP containers.
