When your piping loop must handle 1,500 psi AND seismic loads, standard carbon elbows fall short. These 316 seamless 90° long-radius elbows deliver the strength of structural plate in a piping component.

• Geometry: 1.5D radius, seamless hot-formed, wall thickness matched to SCH40–XXS
• Ends: Machine-beveled 37.5° ±2.5°, root face 1.6 mm for full-penetration welds
• Testing: 100 % UT crown & intrados, 1.5× hydrostatic, PMI per heat
• Certification: EN 10204 3.1 MTC (3.2 DNV/BV on request)
