What are the connection methods of stainless steel pipes
(1) Threaded connection pipe fittings Threaded connection pipe fittings are divided into two types: galvanized and non-galvanized. They are generally made of malleable cast iron. Commonly used threaded pipe fittings include pipe joints, which are used to connect two pipes and other pipe fittings; reducers (large and small heads), used to connect two pipes with different diameters; equal-diameter and reducing tees, etc. Diameter and reducing crosses are used to connect two pipes when their planes intersect perpendicularly; unions are used on pipes that need to be frequently disassembled.
(2) Flanges, bolts and gaskets Flange connections include upper and lower flanges, gaskets and bolts and nuts. Flat welding flange is suitable for nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa. It has high strength, is not easy to deform, and has good sealing performance. Rubber asbestos gasket is the most commonly used gasket for flange connections and can be used in many media, such as steam, gas, air, salt water, acid and alkali, etc. It is widely used in petrochemical process pipelines. The toothed pads are made of ordinary carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.

Clamping type: The pipe fitting is clamped on the pipe using radial contraction external force, which is easy to operate and has good sealing performance. Welding type: Hot melt technology is used to connect the pipes together, and the connection strength is high. However, the welds are prone to rust.
