What material is stainless steel 321
Stainless steel 321 material is 0Cr18Ni10Ti.
321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, with abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, creep resistance, etc., used in the manufacture of wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment lining, conveying pipelines.
Austenitic stainless steel is equivalent to domestic 0Cr18Ni10Ti.
The Ti in 321 stainless steel exists as a stabilizing element, but it is also a heat-strong steel, which is much better than 316L in high temperature. 321 stainless steel has good abrasion resistance in organic and inorganic acids at different concentrations and temperatures, especially in oxidizing media, and is used in the manufacture of wear-resistant acid containers and the lining of wear-resistant equipment and transportation pipelines.

321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, its performance is very similar to 304, but due to the addition of titanium metal, so that it has better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium metal, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
Stainless steel 321 is used in chemical, coal and petroleum industries with high grain boundary corrosion resistance, outdoor machines, heat-resistant parts of building materials and parts with difficulty in heat treatment, such as:
1. Oil exhaust gas combustion pipeline.
2. Engine exhaust pipe.
3. Boiler shell, heat exchanger, heating furnace parts.
4. Diesel engine muffler parts.
5. Boiler pressure vessel.
6. Chemical trucks.
7. Expansion joints.
8. Spiral welded pipe for furnace pipe and dryer.
9. Aircraft.
