420 stainless steel flanges belong to martensitic stainless steel (UNS S42000) and achieve high strength (tensile strength ≥690 MPa) through quenching and tempering treatment, while maintaining basic corrosion resistance. Compared to austenitic stainless steel 304, 420 flanges are more suitable for high-pressure and high-wear conditions.
