304 stainless steel pipe is an alloy steel with a duplex structure, consisting of two organizational structures, austenite and ferrite. Its chromium content is about 23% and nickel content is about 4.5%.
Duplex 2304 Stainless Steel pipe has extremely high strength, about twice that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel, and can withstand greater pressure and external force, effectively reducing the wall thickness of the pipe, reducing weight and reducing costs. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in environments containing corrosive media such as chloride ions, and has strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, far exceeding ordinary stainless steel.
