ASTM A269 TP 347 cold rolled stainless steel pipe is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe, mainly used in applications under high temperature environments. Produced in accordance with American ASTM standards.
ASTM A269 TP 347 stainless steel seamless pipe has excellent mechanical properties. At 20°C, the tensile strength is 559-637 MPa, the yield strength is 235-274 MPa, and the elongation is 53-61%. At 500°C, the tensile strength is 392-429 MPa, the yield strength is 147-216 MPa, and the elongation is 28-36%.
TP 347 stainless steel round pipes are usually heat treated by solution treatment, that is, solution treatment at 1000-1100°C followed by rapid cooling. This heat treatment method can improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the material.
ASTM A269 TP 347 stainless steel high temperature resistant pipes are widely used, including exhaust manifolds and branch pipes of aircraft engines, hot gas pipes of turbine compressors, and parts working at temperatures not exceeding 850°C.
