1.4541 stainless steel pipe, also known as AISI 321, is a high temperature and corrosion resistant austenitic stainless steel. It is widely used in nuclear power, chemical industry, heat exchanger, paper and textile, petroleum refining and food processing.
Our 321/321H stainless steel heat-resistant tubes have an outer diameter of 10-630mm and a wall thickness of 1.5-50mm, with a surface treated by pickling and passivation. The carbon content of our 321H stainless steel high-temperature tubes is ≥0.04%, resulting in superior high-temperature performance, a tensile strength ≥520MPa, and a safe operating temperature up to 900℃. Our 321/321H stainless steel round tubes are manufactured using hot rolling, cold drawing, and solution annealing processes, and are widely used in boiler tubes, heat exchangers, petrochemical high-temperature pipelines, and thermal power generation equipment.
Each 321/321H stainless steel pipe undergoes 100% ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing, and spectral analysis, and comes with an EN 10204 3.1 material testing certificate.
