This includes SS 904L round bars, SS 904L bright bars, SS 904L hexagonal bars, SS 904L square bars, and custom-machined parts, with diameters ranging from φ4mm to φ300mm and lengths up to 6m. Surface roughness is controlled at Ra≤0.8μm, meeting high-precision machining requirements.
SS 904L bars have diameters ranging from 3mm to 60mm, with a ground surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm, diameter tolerances up to h9/h8, and straightness ≤0.3mm/m. Each bar undergoes 100% spectral testing, ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, and dimensional testing, and has obtained full EN 10204 3.1 certification. Custom cutting, chamfering, and precision machining are supported.

904L: medium concentration sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, seawater environment, high cost performance (compared with nickel-based alloys);
254SMO (1.4547): high concentration of chloride ions (such as >30,000ppm), high temperature (≤600℃), stronger pitting resistance (PRE≥47);
AL-6XN (N08367): extreme chloride (such as pulp bleaching liquid), high pressure environment, both strength and corrosion resistance (cost 20% higher than 904L).
