The SS 409M round bars are basically Ferritic steel that is best known to offer high-temperature resistance to corrosion and good mechanical features. Since it is commonly and widely been used, the chromium content in the SS makes it durable to all the applications that need weldability. Gnee Steel claims to offer it in stabilized forms. The stainless steel round bars have a good amount of carbon content that gives it a crystalline structure and makes its reliable. Some of the notable features of the SS 409M bars is easy to weld & good corrosion resistance. It also has high heat resistance.
The product can be easily mixed with elevated temperatures with good formability, medium strength and overall so as to make it a top-notch product. Its industrial application where appearance is marked a second term is possible. We produce the SS round bar series that is highly susceptible to corrosion and rust in extreme conditions.
We recommend you to pre-heat the product around 150-260 deg C before you try to use it in welding. It can mitigate gained growth it is welded with minimum heated temperature. We provide some of the value-added services to our clients such as machining, sandblasting, draw, shot blasting, and heat treatment. The raw material test certification or TC offered by us are MTC in accord to EN 10204 3.1/3.2, third-party report, lab test certification, and other certification too. The SS 409M round bars undergo testing such as IGC test, flattening test, chemical test, material identification test, mechanical test, and macro & micro test.
