GNEE stainless steel is a supplier and manufacturer of 201 stainless steel coils, maintaining a regular stock of 1,000 tons with fast delivery within 7 days. All production batches are strictly certified under ISO 9001 quality management system, and we provide SGS/BV inspection reports and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. Each coil undergoes 100% dimensional and surface inspection. Our products are exported to more than 50 countries worldwide and are widely used in elevator interiors, kitchen equipment, decorative panels, and furniture hardware applications.
201 J5 stainless steel cold rolled coil is an economical austenitic stainless steel grade manufactured in accordance with IS 6911 standards. It contains approximately 16–18% chromium (Cr), 2.0–2.5% nickel (Ni), 8.0–10.0% manganese (Mn), and carbon content ≤0.15%. With nitrogen-manganese alloy substitution for part of the nickel content, it significantly reduces production cost while maintaining good strength and corrosion resistance. Its hardness is typically ≤HV230, with a tensile strength of ≥680 MPa, offering higher strength than standard 201 grades while costing only about 60–70% of 304 stainless steel.

The 201 J5 stainless steel coil we supply is available in thicknesses from 0.3–3.0 mm and widths of 1000 / 1219 / 1500 mm, with thickness tolerance of ±1%. It supports slitting down to 100 mm and customized lengths to meet diverse processing requirements. Surface finishes include 2B, BA, No.4, HL brushed, 8K mirror, and PVC-coated options, offering excellent smoothness and polishing performance, making it suitable for high-end decorative applications and home appliance exteriors.
