316L stainless steel flange pipe Advantages
Ultra-low carbon corrosion resistance: carbon content ≤0.03%, very little carbide precipitation after welding, excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, suitable for frequently welded pipeline systems. Contains 2-3% molybdenum (Mo), significantly improves resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride ion (such as seawater, salt water) erosion.
High strength and pressure resistance: yield strength ≥205MPa, tensile strength ≥515MPa, suitable for high pressure environments (such as chemical pipelines, pressure vessels), austenitic structure enables it to maintain good toughness at high temperatures (≤600℃) and low temperatures (-196℃).
