ASTM A554 Certified Tubes Advantages
Contains Cr ≥16%, forms a dense oxide film on the surface, and is suitable for CA high humidity and saline-alkali environments.
316L contains Mo 2-3%, has significant pitting resistance, and is suitable for marine engineering.
Welding and processing performance: Low-carbon design (such as 304L, 316L) reduces sensitization of the heat-affected zone of welding, avoids intergranular corrosion, supports cold bending, deep drawing and other forming processes, and is suitable for complex structural requirements.
Safety and certification: Passed ASTM A554 certification to meet the strict requirements of CA projects for material reliability. Additional certifications such as NACE MR0175 and ROHS can be provided to adapt to special working conditions (such as H₂S environment).
