AISI 410 (S41000) Stainless Steel

Corrosion resistance
S41000 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, and has good corrosion resistance to water vapor, petroleum products, fresh water, air and many chemicals, especially strong resistance to chloride corrosion, and is suitable for manufacturing equipment and parts in the fields of seawater treatment and chemical processing.
It is corrosion-resistant under most atmospheric conditions, and there is no sign of corrosion after 619h in saturated air at 49 degrees and in a 3% NaCl salt spray test at 31 degrees.

It has good machinability and can be cold processed and hot processed, such as drilling, milling, grinding, polishing and deep drawing.
