Application of 410 stainless steel cold rolled sheet

410 stainless steel cold rolled sheet, also known as 1Cr13 steel sheet, is a martensitic stainless steel. It has good corrosion resistance, high strength and excellent machinability.
The manufacturing process of 410 stainless steel sheet involves multiple key links, including the selection and preparation of raw materials, smelting, refining, continuous casting, hot rolling or cold rolling processing, heat treatment, surface treatment and other processes.

There are many surface grade states of 410 stainless steel cold rolled sheet, such as NO.1, 1D, 2D, 2B, N0.4, HL, BA, Mirror and various other surface treatment states. The dirt resistance and corrosion resistance of these different states are also different.
1D: The surface is also called matte due to its discontinuous granularity.
2D: Slightly glossy silver-white.
2B: The most common surface, the surface is silvery white and has better gloss and flatness than the 2D surface.
BA: The surface has excellent gloss and high reflectivity, which is equivalent to a mirror surface.
No.3: It has good gloss and has rough lines on the surface.
No.4: Usually has good glossiness and fine lines on the surface.
HL: Generally appears silver-gray with hairline streaks.
Mirror: Mirror state.

410 stainless steel cold rolled sheet

410 stainless steel plates are divided into hot-rolled and cold-rolled according to the manufacturing method.
The thickness range of hot-rolled plates is generally 3.0-100.0mm, and the thickness range of cold-rolled plates is 0.2-6mm.
The conventional widths are 1000mm, 1219mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, etc.; in terms of length, the coil length can be cut according to the needs of the user, generally 2000mm or 2438mm for cold rolling, and 6000mm for hot rolling.
