Are stainless steel sanitary pipes the same as precision pipes?

Because stainless steel pipes undergo several passes of precision rolling, the outer diameter and wall thickness are very close to the required size, and the tolerance is very small, so everyone assumes that precision pipes are stainless steel sanitary pipes.
In fact, stainless steel precision pipes include not only sanitary pipes but also industrial seamless pipes. Stainless steel pipes are divided into cold-rolled and cold-drawn. Cold-rolled pipes have low costs and large tolerances; cold-drawn (pulled) pipes have high costs and high precision, generally around #0.1, and the price is also 1,000 yuan higher per ton.
Features of stainless steel sanitary pipes produced by GNEE:
1. Outer diameter tolerance +0.05,
2. Wall thickness tolerance can also reach +0.05mm, sometimes up to +0.03mm,
3. The inner hole size tolerance is strictly controlled, which can reach +0.03 less than 0.02-0.05mm,
4. The roughness of the inner and outer surfaces of sanitary stainless steel pipes directly cold-rolled without polishing is Ras0.8um. The inner and outer surfaces of the polished pipes can reach Ra≤0.2-0.4um (such as mirror surface)
5. The length of the spot is generally not fixed, generally between 5-7, and the specifications are not easily restricted.
