ASME SA249 TP316L U-bend stainless steel tube is a welded stainless steel fitting that strictly complies with the ASME SA249/SA249M standard. Manufactured from low-carbon molybdenum austenitic stainless steel TP316L, it undergoes TIG welding, cold forming, and solution annealing (water quenching at 1040–1150°C), and is subjected to 100% radiographic/ultrasonic testing (with defects graded ≤ Level II). It features excellent resistance to chloride ion corrosion (superior to Grade 304), high-temperature stability (no sensitization during long-term use at 425–815°C), and high-pressure adaptability (suitable for pressures ≥10 MPa), making it widely used for fluid direction change connections in harsh operating environments such as chemical and energy industries.

For tubes with a bend radius less than or equal to 1.5 times the OD, it is essential to agree on geometric precision during the ordering process.
Maximum Length of Straight Tubes (before bending): 35000 mm.
Leg Length: Minimum 1 meter, Maximum 16500 mm (for a maximum R=1500mm).
