ASME SB407 UNS N08811 nickel alloy seamless boiler tubes are nickel–iron–chromium alloy tubes engineered specifically for high-temperature and high-pressure environments. This specification applies primarily to seamless tubing and covers alloys within the Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT family. In addition to ASME SB407, these tubes also comply with ASTM B407 and international specifications such as DIN 1.4959.
The Incoloy 800 alloy tubes supplied by GNEE are produced through Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) followed by Electro-Slag Remelting (ESR), ensuring extremely clean metallurgical quality with an oxygen content of ≤ 20 ppm. All tubes undergo solution annealing at 1120°C ± 10°C to achieve a controlled grain size of ASTM 5 or finer.
UNS N08811 nickel alloy seamless boiler tubes offer a minimum tensile strength of ≥ 450 MPa and elongation ≥ 30% at room temperature, while maintaining excellent creep-rupture strength above 600°C. Their long-term service temperature can reach up to 1100°C, making them ideal for extreme applications such as petrochemical cracking furnace tubes, nuclear steam generator components, and other severe high-temperature environments.
