Incoloy 800H seamless nickel alloy tubes manufactured in accordance with ASTM B407 are high-performance iron–nickel–chromium alloys offering outstanding strength, excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. Different types of Alloy 800 tubing include UNS N08800 boiler tubes, widely used in boilers and high-temperature industrial systems, and WERKSTOFF NR. 1.4876 condenser tubes, which provide strong corrosion resistance even in nitriding atmospheres. These tubes are widely applied in petrochemical plants, power generation equipment, and heat-treatment systems.
GNEE supplies Incoloy 800HT alloy tubes (UNS N08811, 1.4959, 1.4876), a fully austenitic, low-carbon nickel–iron–chromium alloy within the same family as Incoloy 800. The cobalt content of this alloy can be strictly controlled to below 0.01%. Incoloy 800HT provides excellent creep strength at temperatures above 700°C (1290°F).For applications involving frequent thermal cycling below 700°C (1290°F), or long-term exposure to lower temperatures, ASTM B407 Incoloy 800H seamless tubes are recommended. When higher creep resistance and superior rupture strength are required, Incoloy 800HT ERW tubes are the preferred choice.
