ASTM A213 TP304L is a standard specification for seamless austenitic stainless steel tubes used in boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers.
ASTM A213 TP304L tubes supplied by GNEE are manufactured from low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, produced using high-quality nickel-chromium alloys and processed through solution annealing to improve resistance to sensitization. ASME SA213 304L seamless tubes are specifically designed for reliable performance in high-temperature environments. They are manufactured through an extrusion process in which heated billets are forced through a forming die to achieve precise dimensions and a uniform structure.
ASME SA213 304L boiler tubes deliver excellent oxidation resistance and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures ranging from 800°C to 1100°C. With a high surface finish and smooth inner wall, the tubes ensure low fluid flow resistance and superior heat transfer efficiency. These properties make TP304L particularly suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure boilers, superheater sections, steam pipelines, and other critical thermal system components.

Packaging and Marking: Packaging shall be in bundles or laminated wooden crates, wrapped in plastic, and appropriate protective measures shall be taken to ensure seaworthiness for transport or as required.
Marking shall comply with the provisions of A1016/A1016M specifications and shall include whether the pipes are hot-worked or cold-worked, including but not limited to: standard, grade, size, furnace number, and batch number.
