ASTM A249 TP321 Stainless Steel Welded Tube For Pressure Tank
GNEE is one of the leading suppliers of 321 stainless steel welded pipes, manufactured using high-quality standard raw materials. We offer premium ASTM A249 TP321 stainless steel welded pipes designed specifically for pressure vessel applications.
These pipes are made from Type 321 stainless steel using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) or Plasma Welding (PAW) processes, followed by solution annealing and acid pickling treatment, resulting in a stable austenitic microstructure. They can withstand continuous exposure to temperatures up to 900°C while maintaining excellent mechanical properties. The high-temperature performance of ASTM A249 TP321 welded pipe is also superior to that of SS 304.
ASTM A249 TP321 round pipes cover common industrial dimensions (outer diameter 6–76 mm, wall thickness 0.5–4 mm) as well as customized specifications. The surface is bright and free from oxidation residues, with low internal surface roughness. Each pipe is tested through hydrostatic testing (≥20 MPa), eddy current inspection (ET), and intergranular corrosion testing (ASTM G28) to ensure reliability.
