GNEE supplies ASTM A269 TP316L stainless steel seamless tubes that are high-precision tubing compliant with the ISO 13485 medical device quality management system certification. These tubes are manufactured from ultra-low carbon (≤0.03% carbon) austenitic stainless steel, containing 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum, with a PREN value ≥25, offering excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. They are suitable for demanding conditions such as medical equipment, pharmaceutical fluid systems, and high-purity industrial pipelines.

We provide two processing options: cold drawn (precision ±0.05mm) and hot rolled (precision ±0.15mm). The outer diameter range covers 6.35mm to 114.3mm (1/4" to 4"), with wall thickness tolerances strictly controlled within ±10%. The inner surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm ensures efficient fluid conveyance, and the surface is treated with pickling and passivation to form a uniform protective film. Custom lengths and special specifications are supported.
