ASTM A312 TP310S austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe is a high-performance, low-carbon (≤0.08%) austenitic stainless steel tube specifically engineered for exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation in high-temperature environments up to 1040°C (1900°F).
ASTM A312 TP310S seamless pipes we supply are manufactured using precision seamless processes in accordance with ASTM A312 standards, featuring a stable 18-20% chromium and 10-14% nickel austenitic matrix that effectively prevents chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries during prolonged high-temperature exposure.The seamless structure enables continuous, defect-free pipe sections with uniform wall thickness, eliminating weld seams to maximize the reliability of pressure vessels and minimize potential failure points.
ASTM A312 TP310S stainless steel round pipe has a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and elongation ≥35%, delivering robust mechanical properties capable of withstanding thermal stresses and mechanical loads in demanding applications such as furnace tubes, heat treatment equipment, and heat processing systems.

What is the difference between ASTM A312 TP310S Stainless Steel pipe and TP321H?
