ASTM A312 TP321 Pickled and Annealed Seamless Pipe

ASTM A312 TP321 pickled and annealed seamless steel pipe is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe specifically designed for high-temperature and corrosive applications.​

ASTM A312 TP321 stainless steel pipes we supply are produced using an extruded hot billet process to form seamless steel pipes without joints or welds, delivering excellent load-bearing capacity under various environmental conditions. They undergo pickling and annealing treatments to remove surface impurities and stresses, thereby enhancing corrosion resistance and ductility, with a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa. Capable of resisting intergranular corrosion within the temperature range of 425–850°C, they are suitable for demanding applications such as furnace components, heat exchangers, and aircraft exhaust systems.
