GNEE manufactures ASTM A312 Gr Tp316 pipes that are seamless and dimensionally accurate. We produce this grade of pipe in various shapes. Our A312 Tp316 pipes are available in round, rectangular, square, and even hexagonal shapes. We manufacture seamless A312 Tp316 products for high-precision systems.
ASTM A312 UNS S31600 stainless steel seamless pipes are manufactured using a cold drawing process, and due to their smooth surface, they can be used in precision applications. ASTM A312 TP316 welded pipes are easy to machine due to their lower carbon content. Resistance welding can achieve higher strength. Therefore, ASTM A312 TP316 ERW pipes are used in high-strength applications. Dimensions can be determined by DIN numbers, such as DIN 1.4401 pipes. We offer our customers various types of 316 stainless steel seamless pipes. We also manufacture SS 316 welded pipe components according to international standards and tests. Our products are of excellent quality, and customers can contact us for any details and pricing.

Difference between 316 and 316L stianless steel pipe
The main difference between 316 and 316L stainless steel pipe is carbon content: 316L ("Low") has lower carbon (≤0.03%) than 316 (≤0.08%), making 316L superior for welding as it resists carbide precipitation (weld decay) and offers better corrosion resistance, while standard 316 offers slightly higher strength and hardness but needs post-weld heat treatment (annealing) for corrosive environments.
GNEE provides manufacturer's test certificates (TC) compliant with EN 10204/3.1B standards, raw material certificates, 100% radiographic testing reports, and third-party inspection reports. We also provide certificates compliant with standards such as EN 10204 3.1 and additional requirements such as NACE MR 01075. Ferrite content testing can be provided according to standards upon customer request.
