The surface is uniformly silver-gray after acid pickling and annealing, with smooth internal walls free from oxide residues, ensuring low fluid resistance and compliance with cleanliness requirements.

Quality Inspection
Nondestructive Testing: 100% radiographic testing (RT) or ultrasonic testing (UT) in accordance with ASTM E164/E213; weld penetrant testing (PT) in accordance with ASTM E165
Pressure Testing: Hydrostatic testing at ≥1.5 times the design pressure in accordance with the general requirements of ASTM A450
Surface Quality: Ensure the absence of cracks, lack of fusion, and other defects, and the inner surface should have a smooth transition.
