GNEE provides ASTM A312 TP316L large-diameter stainless steel pipes, made from ultra-low carbon austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel, formed through hot rolling or cold drawing processes and subjected to solution annealing treatment. The pipes feature an outer diameter range of DN200–DN1200 (or 219–1219 mm) and above (with options for larger custom sizes), wall thickness of 3.0–30.0 mm (adjustable), and mechanical properties meeting ASTM A312 standards: tensile strength ≥485 MPa, yield strength ≥170 MPa, and elongation ≥40%. The surface finish is available as bright annealed (BA, smooth mirror-like) or acid pickled annealed (No.1/2B, uniform silver-gray), with smooth inner walls free from oxide residues to ensure low fluid resistance and cleanliness requirements.

ASTM A312 TP316L Stainless Steel Pipe Sizes
Pipe sizes are based on ANSI B36.19, outside diameter ranges from NPS 1/8 inch to 30 Inch, that is 10.3 to 762 mm, DN 6 to DN 750, wall thickness ranges from Sch 5S to 80S.
Small diameter pipe, thin wall pipe and heavy wall pipe are available on request.
We should notice that pipe sizes under NPS 14 inch is not actual diameter, for example, NPS 8 inch, it is 219.08 mm, not 203.2 mm.
ASTM A312 TP 316L Pipe Quality Control
ASTM A312 TP316L pipe dimensional tolerance should be confirmed to above table, tight tolerance is often offered doe special requirement, mechanical tests should be performed in accordance with ASTM A312, flare for seamless pipes, flange and reverse flatten for welded pipes.
