EN 10216-2 P265GH Carbon Alloy Steel Seamless U Bend Boiler Tube
Leave a message
EN 10216-2 is a European standard that specifies the technical delivery conditions for seamless non-alloy and alloy steel pipes for pressure applications with specified high-temperature properties.
EN 10216-2 P265GH carbon alloy steel seamless U-bend boiler tubes are high-pressure seamless pipes manufactured according to the European standard EN 10216-2, using the non-alloy steel grade P265GH formed into U-shaped tubes for applications such as boilers and heat exchangers. The "P" indicates the material belongs to the pressure vessel steel category, "265" represents the minimum yield strength of the material (265 MPa), and "GH" signifies its suitability for high-temperature applications.
P265GH carbon alloy steel tubes are treated with varnish for rust prevention. They are produced via hot rolling, featuring a circular cross-section with surface finishes of black paint or oil coating. These tubes offer a tensile strength of at least 450 MPa, yield strength of at least 280 MPa, and elongation of at least 22%. They are used in refineries, steam pipelines, power plants, and other projects, as well as in the automotive, construction, and oil and gas industries.
