GOST-9941 10X17H13M2T stainless steel pipe is a titanium-stabilized austenitic seamless stainless steel pipe under the Russian national standard system. Its international equivalent is AISI 316Ti stainless steel. It is widely used in the petrochemical, marine engineering, and nuclear power equipment sectors in Russia and the CIS region, and is the mainstream material for high-reliability piping systems.

 

Our 10X17H13M2T stainless steel pipe strictly controls the carbon content to no more than 0.1%, adds 16%-18% chromium, 12%-14% nickel, and 2%-3% molybdenum, and adds at least five times the carbon content of titanium for stabilization treatment. This fundamentally inhibits the precipitation of chromium carbide during welding or at high temperatures, completely solving the problem of intergranular corrosion.

 

The standard supply range for AISI 316Ti stainless steel pipe covers outer diameters of 6mm-630mm and wall thicknesses of 0.8mm-80mm. Lengths can be customized to standard or random lengths upon request. Before delivery, each piece must undergo ultrasonic testing. For each specification, samples must be taken for spectral analysis, mechanical property testing, flattening test, and intergranular corrosion test. Only those that pass the test can be shipped out. Complete production and inspection records must also be provided.
