SUH409L Stainless Steel Coil is an ultra-low carbon ferritic heat-resistant stainless steel coil manufactured in accordance with the Japanese JIS standard. Its core composition features low carbon content (≤0.03%) and high chromium content (10.5%–11.7%), with the addition of titanium to enhance high-temperature stability, improve weldability, and prevent intergranular corrosion.

 

SUH409L 2D Stainless Steel Coil refers to a cold-rolled surface finish obtained through annealing and temper rolling. It features a uniform matte appearance and smooth texture, making it an ideal base material for further surface processing such as brushing or polishing.

The material offers excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, with a maximum intermittent service temperature of 815°C and a maximum continuous service temperature of 675°C. Its corrosion-resistant operating temperature range extends from -20°C to 650°C.

 

The SUH409L 2D stainless steel coils we supply provide excellent weldability, good formability, and outstanding flexibility. As an environmentally friendly and recyclable material, it achieves a recycling rate of up to 98%.
