What is the equivalent of 1.4006 stainless steel?

‌National standard GB-T standard‌: digital grade S41010, new grade 12Cr13, old grade 1Cr13.
‌American standard ASTM standard‌: S41000.
‌Japanese standard JIS standard‌: SUS 410.
‌German standard DIN standard‌: 1.4006.
‌European standard EN standard‌: X12Cr13‌.

‌
The application areas and characteristics of 1.4006 stainless steel include‌:
‌Corrosion resistance‌: It has good corrosion resistance, especially when facing corrosive substances such as adipic acid, arsenic, boric acid, maleic acid, gallic acid and malic acid. It can also resist erosion by chemicals such as nitric acid, chromium, gallium, carbonic acid, barium, aluminum and formic acid‌.

‌Mechanical properties‌: The tensile strength R m is in the range of 650-850MPa, the yield point Re exceeds 450MPa, and the elongation A is greater than 15%, showing good toughness and stability‌.

Heat treatment: It needs to go through steps such as softening annealing and quenching and tempering to adjust its physical and mechanical properties. The specific steps include softening annealing at 750-800℃ and cooling in the furnace, and then quenching and tempering at 950-1050℃ and cooling by oil or air.

Application areas: It is widely used in key components such as turbine blades, bolts, hydraulic valves, and is also commonly used in tools, fasteners, hydraulic press valves, and sulfur corrosion-resistant equipment.
