ASME SA213 TP316L Stainless Steel Tube Bundle in Stcok

If you are looking for high-performance, corrosion-resistant heat exchanger tube bundles, ASME SA213 TP316L stainless steel tubes are one of the best choices. 316L stainless steel tube bundles are renowned for their excellent mechanical strength, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and superior corrosion resistance, and are widely used in industries such as chemical, power generation, marine, and food processing.

Gnee's tube bundles are fully compatible with existing heat exchanger shells. We can customize them according to drawings or specifications and meet international standards such as TEMA, ASME, and EN. Each tube bundle undergoes 100% hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, PMI testing, and dimensional testing before delivery to ensure performance and compliance with ASME SA213 standards.

What is the difference between 316 and 316L tube bundles?

The main difference lies in the carbon content. 316L has a lower carbon content (≤0.03%), making it more resistant to intergranular corrosion and ideal for welded, dense heat exchanger designs.

Can TP316L tube bundles be used in seawater environments?

Yes. 316L performs excellently in brackish and low-salinity seawater environments. For high-chlorinated seawater, it is recommended to choose a higher-grade alloy, such as 2205 duplex stainless steel or 904L.
