Recently, GNEE Stainless Steel's production workshop received more good news: a batch of over 200 tons of leveled stainless steel products, processed for a high-end manufacturing equipment client and destined for export to Malaysia, was successfully completed and shipped on schedule across the sea to a country along the "Belt and Road" initiative. This marks a great start towards achieving the company's 2026 goals.
This order utilized 316L stainless steel plates, known for their corrosion and high-temperature resistance, totaling over 13,000 leveled plates of various specifications, with a thickness of 0.7mm and a length of 1800mm. The client had extremely high requirements for the material's flatness, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance.
The GNEE Stainless Steel team quickly organized a dedicated service team comprising sales, planning, production, equipment, warehousing, and quality control personnel. Through process control methods such as review, trial production, inspection, mass production, packaging, and transportation, and using a slitting and leveling process, they implemented quality control throughout the entire process, from raw material selection to finished product delivery, meeting the client's product quality requirements.
