JIS G4303 SUS 431 Stainless Steel Bar

GNEE offers SUS 431 stainless steel bars conforming to JIS G4303 standards, with material equivalent to AISI 431/EN 1.4057/UNS S43100. These bars feature a high-strength martensitic structure of 15–17% Cr and 1.25–2.50% Ni. After tempering (QT800/QT900), they achieve a tensile strength of ≥900MPa and a hardness of HRC 40–50. Diameters range from Ø6–300mm and even larger, and lengths can be cut to order. Various surface finishes are available, including black skin, pickled, polished, and ground. Suitable for high-load, corrosion-resistant components in shafts, pumps, valves, marine, machinery, and aerospace applications.
