HOT ROLLED COILS
Hot - rolled stainless - steel coils are annealed and pickled in continuous annealing - pickling lines equipped with scale breakers, shot - blasting units, sulfuric acid baths, and mixed - acid baths. HRAP coils have cleaner surfaces and improved mechanical properties for downstream processing.

COLD ROLLED COILS
The CR Annealing & Pickling line uses environmentally - friendly LPG fuel with better temperature control, combined with electrolytic pickling and acid pickling, enabling excellent control of the pickling process. In - line skin pass and tension leveling processes allow this line to produce stainless - steel products with 2B/No.4PVC/BA finishes that meet international quality standards.
