Products Description
Flat welding flange refers to a flange that is connected to a container or pipe using a fillet weld. It is an arbitrary flange. During design, according to the integrity of the connection between the flange ring and the straight section, the flange is checked as an integral or loose flange. Flange rings are available with or without neck. Compared with the necked butt welding flange, the flat welding flange has a simple structure and saves materials, but its stiffness and sealing performance are not as good as the necked butt welding flange. Flat welding flanges are widely used in the connection of medium and low pressure vessels and pipelines.

1.4501 1.4507 Slip-On Welding Flange
1.4501 Super duplex stainless steel is one of the most widely used super duplex stainless steel grades. This grade is written as 1.4501 or X2CrNiMoCuWN25-7-4 according to EN norm and it is written as UNS S32760 or F55 according to UNS norm. We can think that 1.4501 is a slightly better version of 1.4410 super duplex grade. Bircelik has the biggest 1.4501 super duplex stock in Turkey. 1.4501 stainless has a good corrosion resistance and also good mechanical properties. 1.4501 material is one of the most widely used super duplex grade.
1.4507 super duplex is a very special super duplex grade. This grade is similar to 1.4410 and 1.4501 super duplex grades but 1.4507 grade super duplex is slightly better the two other grades. If the application is not so specific, all these three super duplex grades could be alternatives. At Bircelik warehouses, there are some 1.4507 grade samples and we can provide different sizes and shapes by request. All 1.4507 grade materials at our stocks are UGITECH materials and they all confirm the aerospace norms. UGI4507 super duplex materials are all ultrasonic tested and can be used in many special applications.
