Stainless steel 2304 seamless pipe (UNS S32304) stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel composed of 23% chromium, 4% nickel and a small amount of other alloying elements, and does not contain molybdenum.
The yield strength of duplex 2304 stainless steel pipe is ≥450 MPa, and the tensile strength is ≥650 MPa, which is much higher than 304/316 stainless steel, reducing the wall thickness requirement and reducing costs. No preheating or post-weld heat treatment is required, which is suitable for complex structure manufacturing.
Duplex 2304 stainless steel seamless pipe can withstand a temperature range of - 50℃ to 300℃, maintain stable mechanical properties, and is suitable for extreme environment equipment.
