These pipes are manufactured from ultra-low carbon austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel, formed through hot rolling or cold drawing processes, followed by solution annealing. The available size range includes outer diameters from DN200 to DN1200 (219 mm to 1219 mm) and above (custom sizes available), with wall thickness ranging from 3.0 mm to 30.0 mm, adjustable according to project requirements.
For large diameter 316L welded pipes, we place special emphasis on weld integrity. Advanced welding processes are combined with 100% ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT) to minimize weld-related risks. In terms of geometry, ovality is strictly controlled, typically within ≤1% of the outer diameter, while precision beveling in accordance with ASME B16.25 ensures high-quality weld preparation during installation.

Pipe sizes are based on ANSI B36.19, outside diameter ranges from NPS 1/8 inch to 30 Inch, that is 10.3 to 762 mm, DN 6 to DN 750, wall thickness ranges from Sch 5S to 80S.
Small diameter pipe, thin wall pipe and heavy wall pipe are available on request.
We should notice that pipe sizes under NPS 14 inch is not actual diameter, for example, NPS 8 inch, it is 219.08 mm, not 203.2 mm.

Nondestructive Testing: 100% radiographic testing (RT) or ultrasonic testing (UT) in accordance with ASTM E164/E213; weld penetrant testing (PT) in accordance with ASTM E165
Pressure Testing: Hydrostatic testing at ≥1.5 times the design pressure in accordance with the general requirements of ASTM A450
Surface Quality: Ensure the absence of cracks, lack of fusion, and other defects, and the inner surface should have a smooth transition.
