ASTM A213 TP316L Seamless Pickled Boiler Tube is a type of seamless stainless steel tube conforming to the ASTM A213 standard, made from the 316L grade alloy and provided in a "pickled" condition. The TP316L grade offers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride environments. "Seamless" means it's made without welding, and "pickled" indicates it has undergone an acid treatment to remove surface scale, leaving it clean.

For a minimum wall thickness order, the tolerance is typically no less than 12.5% below the nominal wall thickness, while for an average wall thickness order, the tolerance is usually 15% or more above the specified average.

Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Electric Test
Each tube shall be subjected to the nondestructive electric test or the hydrostatic test. The type of test to be used shall be at the option of the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in the purchase order.
