ASTM A312 TP304H Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

In terms of production technology, GNEE adopts a fully automatic continuous solution annealing furnace. Pipes are heated to temperatures above 1040°C, followed by rapid water quenching under precise ultrasonic temperature control. This process effectively eliminates internal stresses and prevents carbide precipitation. At the same time, the grain size is strictly controlled at ASTM No. 7 or coarser, and the carbon content is stabilized within 0.04%–0.10%, which directly ensures the excellent creep resistance and long-term strength of 304H pipes in environments exceeding 525°C.

 

304H stainless steel round pipes can be manufactured using both seamless and welded processes. ASTM A312 TP304H seamless pipes offer outstanding corrosion resistance across a wide range of aggressive environments. With titanium stabilization, the material achieves enhanced strength and durability. ASME SA312 304H welded pipes are produced using a longitudinal welding process, with the option of retaining or removing the weld seam. UNS S30409 ERW pipes are manufactured from strip or coil (typically 12NB), with welded joints forming the cross-section.

We provide a full size range from NPS 1/8" to 24", with wall thickness up to Sch 160 / XXS, and lengths up to 26 meters. Customization of various shapes and dimensions is available to meet specific project requirements.

What are the differences between TP304H and TP304?

TP304 has a maximum carbon content of 0.08% and is designed for general corrosion resistance, while TP304H has a carbon content of 0.04% to 0.10% and is specifically designed to improve creep strength at high temperatures.
