2205 stainless steel angle bar is a structural profile made of super duplex stainless steel (EN 1.4462 / UNS S31803 or S32205), featuring a balanced ferrite-austenite microstructure. It contains approximately 22% chromium, 5-6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and 0.14-0.20% nitrogen, with a PREN value of 35-40, a yield strength of ≥ 450 MPa, and a tensile strength of ≥ 620 MPa. The duplex structure of 2205 stainless steel gives it a higher yield strength than austenitic stainless steel, making it suitable for structural and load-bearing applications.

2205 stainless steel angle steel is used in oil and gas (subsea structures, pipe supports), chemical industry (reactor frames, heat exchanger supports), desalination plants (high-pressure membrane housings), marine engineering (offshore platform structures), and the paper industry (digester frames). Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 300°C, preventing embrittlement.

Standard export packaging includes anti-rust oil, waterproof paper, PVC film, steel strapping, and wooden pallets.
