What is the specification of SS 321 pipe?
SUS321 stainless steel pipe is a high-temperature grade stainless steel material based on 18Cr–8Ni austenitic steel with the addition of titanium (Ti) as a stabilizing element. Compared to 304/316, SUS321 is more suitable for long-term operation in environments of 425–850°C because titanium combines with carbon, preventing intergranular corrosion and carbide precipitation. SUS321 pipe is particularly suitable for high-temperature heating pipelines, heat exchanger tube bundles, automotive exhaust systems, aerospace heat exchange structures, and high-temperature fluid transportation in the chemical industry.
